Samantha Marie Solberg Conway is a freelance graphic designer, small business owner, dancer, and painter. She resides in Cocoa, Florida, with her husband, raising their first daughter. Since a young age, she spent a lot of time with a paintbrush in her hand, whether it was just for fun or while selling notecards of her recent paintings at farmers' markets. She graduated from Samford University with a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Dance. Her favorite design disciplines include illustration, animation, and watercolor. She is also skilled in Procreate, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Her goal is to gain experience in graphic design and use her gifts to bring hope and influence social change. 

Samantha has gained over 10 years of design experience working on freelance projects in college and in other previous roles. During her almost two years as a Graphics Specialist with YETI Coolers, where she provided aid to the graphic design team, print team, and customers during the customization process for YETI drinkware and coolers, she learned how to work in a fast-paced corporate environment. As a Graphics Specialist for the Residence Life team at the University of Central Florida, she learned about working on a team and turning someone's message into a visual design that successfully communicated information. 

Samantha's ancestral roots originate from Norway, showcasing the reason behind her website name. Her maiden name, Solberg, is the Norwegian translation, meaning sun mountain. Her hobbies include paddleboarding, dancing, spending time in nature, and traveling.
