Artemis Rocket Poster

Samantha's husband, Josh, started his new job working at NASA as an engineer for the new rocket going to the moon. To celebrate his birthday, Samantha created a poster in Procreate for him to hang in his new office!

Norway Travel Poster

This project was a travel poster with a focus on typography and illustrations to encourage the viewer to want to travel to Lusterfjord Norway. It was created in Adobe Illustrator using the pen tool.

Samantha's art passions began with her discovery of painting in the eighth grade. The process of this poster had the process of painting in mind, starting with the background, and ending with the detailed leaves in the foreground.

Waitress the Musical

This project was part of a series to promote a Musical that came to Alabama. The target audience was the Birmingham, Alabama locals, ages 25 and up.

Throughout the musical, Jenna, the main character, wants to find happiness and she learns through her friends, experiences, and even her mistakes, that it’s what is on the inside that matters. The poster is centered around the piece of the pie because she uses baking as her emotional outlet. She is not looking at the pie but at the viewer, as if she is inviting you in to take a look at her life.

HIVE

This poster was to advertise for a HIVE Design and Technology Conference. The information is placed inside a cube that is part of a larger grid. Disruptions in the grid were to create a technology effect.
